Clark Hill Woods

These lots have oak knolls and vernal pools, mature oak forest that has been thinned to ideal growing density. Each site has its own knoll. Lot 1 is 2.47 acres; Lot 2 is 2.36 acres; Lot 3 is 2.40 acres. Lot 1 abuts the 30-acre Town of New Boston Skofield Conservation Area. Townspeople can take advantage of the gently rolling slopes and wooded and open areas that provide opportunities for all seasonal activities including snow-shoeing, x-country skiing, hiking, and ice skating.
